The department or the relevant district administration office shall deposit the following amounts obtained from the cash and property or instruments seized in the course of the investigation and investigation of the crime in the bond account opened for that purpose:-
(a) the amount received by auction sale in accordance with section 21 when such property or instrument rusts, breaks or decays or is damaged due to any other reason, or (b) If any asset is received from such property or instrument, the amount received for such asset.
